Our Sourdough Starter
Meet JaneDough
Jane Dough is the starter we use in every sourdough recipe we have. She was born on December 24, 2025, and has been active and thriving ever since. She originated from our first starters, Penny, Paula, and Beppi, who weren't thriving as much as we hoped. We put them all together in this big jar, and JaneDough was born.
